Fits a treat and easy to change

I bought in Jan 2023 as a set of 1 by 1 replacement's to my landing light (chandelier type with 10 bulbs) as and when each one became end of life. However, I didn’t need first one until March and after I’d inserted pins and turned on the light within 10mins it flickered, followed by the smell of burning plastic then the main bulb fell to the floor leaving the 2 pins behind. I hoped it was a one off, but left it for months with the 9 original bulbs until a few more needed replacing. Finally in December I had 6 to replace, so first I flicked off the fuse/trip switch so I could use metal plyers to pull out the burnt out pins from March, then replaced the others. What a joke (not)! They each burnt out immediately and most fell to the stairs carpet with the pins still intact like before. I used the plyers trick again to pull out the rest and now I’m going to research suitable LED bulbs with reviews minimum of 4* like I always do, and these were in early Jan when I first saw them. I see they’ve since reduced to 3.5* reviews.

I was looking forward to receiving these bulbs but my excitement turned to dismay less than 10mins after fitting them.Within the first 10mins of these bulbs being on they dimmed, flickered, and then there was a pop followed by the smell of burning plastic. I had to run to turn off the light before anything worse happened. Thankfully there was no damage to our light fitting.Please avoid buying these. I wish I'd seen the reviews before buying. I just figured you couldn't go wrong with led bulbs, how wrong I was.

couldnt use them as the encapsulation is bigger than the halogen type, glass shades on light fitting would not fit over the size.apart from that , mine did have a noticable flicker . rapid, prob at 50hz mains frequency , maybe some people wont notice, they do work though and bright.

Slightly bigger than the bulbs we replaced so be aware if your putting into a small holder. The bulbs are very bright and white much better than the warm white bulbs only had them in a few days so can’t say how long they last

LED offer a brighter longer life light which is cheaper to run than halogen. Perfect for what we wanted.

Good bulbs very bright

Swapped out an old halogen bulb in my cooker hood/extractor for one of these and it nearly burnt my house down!! As you can see from the picture. Seller has not responded to my messages about this product either. Avoid unless you want a visit from a fire engine!!

Pas op brandgevaarlijk!!!! Ik heb deze lampen vervangen ze deugen niet. Zeer slecht en gevaarlijk

Bon éclairage

Installées sur un miroir de salle de bain. Il y en a 8, tout autour , en remplacement de celles d'origine, vieillissantes . Bien mieux ,et bel éclairage . Durabilité ,à voir dans le temps . J'ai également changé le transfo .
