Little Bird: The Fight for Elder's Hope Hardcover – November 19, 2019

Those reviewers who feel the narrative and dialogue in this story is lacking fail to comprehend the fundamental subtext of this story. It is of no coincidence that this story takes place in Canada, nor is it a coincidence that this story was written on the land of the native Canadians in the territory of the Musqueam people. Little bird is a creative retelling of the evil atrocities that the Catholic church and Christianity as a whole has committed across the centuries around the world.In the wake of those Catholic churches being burnt to the ground on the lands of the Canadian natives who suffered from their tyranny, it can only be obvious that Little Bird is the story of utter hatred toward the Catholic church and the Vatican, for having been allowed to rape, torture, and murder hundreds of thousands of native children and adult lives indiscriminately for centuries. It is for the mass graves of children uncovered beneath the earth whose lives were taken by Christian zealots. It is a story of the strong will of the descendants of those whose blood was spilled by men with the name of Jesus on their tongue. Little Bird serves to put the spotlight on this planets greatest and most heinous terrorism group: The Catholic Church.

Really fun and weird sci-fi story with beautiful and imaginative art. Can’t wait for the next book!

I really enjoyed this book, despite that it came damaged.

Perfect comic book, and perfect condition. Little Bird is an amazing, engrossing story and it will capture your attention completely. The art is unique and is extremely well done. Fun to read, fun to look at, fun to hold the hardcover edition.

Illustration and story are amazing. Characters are compelling. Won’t go wrong picking this up.

This is a unique experience. It captivated me quickly, the world-building unfolding until I felt transported to this strange world. It's definitely a comic to sit down and experience, I went in blind, just on the hype and the spare change I figured I could throw down on this title. I wasn't disappointed at all. There's hope for more stories to come at the end, but I highly recommend it to fans of fantasy and other worlds, because it nails the escapism that we crave.

I buy a lot of graphic novels across a wide variety of well-known and independent publishers covering mostly the US and Europe. I have an extensive collection and would say that this title would make it into my elite list.The story is epic in nature supported by incredible Darrow like art, which does not lose its own identity.The colouring is wonderful and the hard back format is beautiful. You can always tell when somebody really cares about their work because of the extras at the back of the book and the author and his colleagues make the time to take you through the creative processIt’s not a book for kids so be warned but aside from that I can’t recommend it highly enough

A terrific dystopian graphic novel. Much of the world is not given away, you pick up on things through multiple readings you didn't notice before. The story is first rate and I also loved the art, which appears to be a labour of love by the artist, letter, and colorist. It is at times brutally and graphically violent. The book does end in a satisfactory way, but I hope there will be a follow up.
