Disappointing
If anything, my headaches and eye strain have been worse while wearing these. I was looking for some (relatively) affordable computer glasses with not-too-hideous frames (some of the ones out there are just awful) because I spend all day at work staring at the computer and it's taking its toll on my eyes, but now I wish I had sprung for the better quality glasses. The Gunnar ones seem to get good reviews, I'd suggest trying those instead.

These have helped ease my eyes during the work day at my desk job. All I do is stare at a computer all day long and used to get bad headaches and blurry vision. These have helped.
