How do I change the filter and how often??Do you sell filters and spare parts. NB. The shower head is heavier than my previous one, therefore does not stay at all angles

The media could not be loaded.  Tested shower beforehand (see video). Tested again after installation and zero to worse difference. Returned for refund.

Surprisingly cleared up all the limescale that forms on the head and glass of the bathroom. Clean as a whistle...The pressure is a fraction lower but cant really notice. Not sure how long the filter will last but seems to be going well after a month.Recommended.

After one week of using, the shower head just broke into two. I think the purified filter is supposed to be good, but it makes the joint part of the metal become more fragile than without it. Although the quality of the shower head is ok but not worth the price since the water flow got slower and smaller no matter what. Sadly need to return it.

Bit tricky to install.. has some futures that gets you more in trouble then helping.Overall, the shower head works perfect, and had no problems with it! Really happy about this product.

there wasn't anything about this product to dislike, there are five different settings and this shower has given meeverything I would wish for. Many thanks. jt456

This really reduced the flow of water for my shower, very disappointing. Return and refund were very easy.

Another great buy from Amazon, great price, easy to fit, wish I'd bought it sooner.
