Works well, on both the stirring and heating functions. The temperarure settings on my dial were about 10 degrees F off, in case anyone is doing anything critical.However, what I am a fan of is the customer service. I reached out since I had accidentally destroyed one of the thermometer sensors and Lance was able to source me a couple of replacements. Responsive and got me exactly what I needed. I don't usuay expect to be able to find parts for bargain equipment like this, so the help was a pleasant surprise.

Ordered this product and the picture was not accurate to the product I received. I never turned it on so I cannot comment on the functionality.
