The Quality Life Kneading Massage Cushion Car Shiatsu Pillow, Beige Color with Heat

I only received this today, Feb. 20 , of course I tried it as soon as possible. This is not an OMG!! this is great! pillow, but it does works.Second day: You can turn the heat off, when using a different level (there are only two levels). This massager is totally limited in what it can do. It is basically the same movement, with heat, or without heat. Unfortunately, the first evening, I was sore when I went to bed. It is true, this massager can bruise you up. The massaging balls are a bit too hard. It would make sense if the mesh were more cushioning, or the massage balls not so hard.To be honest, I'm not sure if the soreness caused by the massage pillow, is worth swapping with the sore muscles.I am thinking of returning this. I was hoping it would prove to be a good choice. It does seem to be good quality, and it is a somewhat attractive pillow, but you are going to need more than that if you are to be totally satisfied with it.I'm 5'3" small framed, but I'm not bony, and I'm not frail, I'm actually pretty strong for a woman, so I cannot say who this product is going to work best for. I'm very practical, and must admit, I'm disappointed, because I really wanted this to work, but....I'm not so sure this cushion is pratical.I have tried massagers, and this may be the most uncomfortable one I have used. I love the massage chairs, and if I could afford one, I would choose it first, I ordered this, when I was looking for a massage cushion, but the reviews were so mixed, I was afraid I would be wasting my money, so I opted for the pillow. I knew when I ordered it, that you would be moving it to different areas to massage other muscles. It isn't really soothing when you have to do this. I would like to have something that just keeps going, working my entire back and shoulder areas. I would prefer to collapse in OMG! this feels great. But you are not going to get this from this massage pillow.Also, keep in mind, if you decide to return this pillow because you are unhappy with the results, you will have to pay the shipping. My cost are going to be over $7 to ship it back. Although I would rather not lose the $40 I spent on it, I still don't like the idea of losing the $7 either, and have nothing to show for it. So be absolutely sure, this is the pillow for you, when you order, so not to waste your hard earned money.

Overall, this unit works well but it has a fairly big flaw: the massage heads are not balls but are rather like hockey pucks with the edges eased off. This creates a rather aggressive surface 90 degree surface. That in itself would probably be OK but the unit isn't as low profile as they make it sound. It is a about the thickness of a tennis ball so if you place all your weight on it (like say you were trying to lie down on it) then the edges dig into you. It is just too much and I use a Rumble Roller with no problems. The only way I have been able to use it is laying my neck against it in a recliner. That way, the full weight of my body isn't against it. I could not put it on my lower back (too much weight). I couldn't lie on it at all (too much weight). I guess it wasn't bad for the price but I really wish the message heads were ball shaped and then I think it would be much better. It does seem very well made. I suppose if I sat it on top of me, it would work fine but people with bad backs can't really lie on their stomach for too long.

I had purchased a shiatsu cushion once before that looked similar to this. That one worked for 6 months of 2-3 times a week usage. On this one, the fabric started pulling apart on the first use. The shape and size is perfect for neck and lumbar massage. It gives a strong massage. The availability of heat makes it better. I don't kow if it will be useful after the fabric completely pulls apart. Next time, I'll purchase a similar cushion fro another manufacturer.

Sorry usually I buy alot of products from Amazon, but never really leave a feedback decided today to start leaving feedbcks to help others OK THIS PRODUCT FOR ME WAS MONOTONOUS or repetitive and was starting to hurt me those bags kept turning and turning and at first it helped of you have a ache or sore but little afterwards like 5 minutes you get bored and it starts to hurt ANOTHER THING, this product says it has heat but it doesn't it relies on the blinking lights to give you heat that is not my idea of heat

When I first received this massage cushion, it worked pretty well and enjoyed it a lot during my long drive to work. After only a month, the rotating heads rotate very slowly and became ineffective. On top of that, the fabric also tore, allowing the rotating heads to escape. After the first one failed, I thought perhaps it was a quality control issue and bought a second unit, since I still liked it. But it suffered the same fate.

PERFECT

doesn't seems to help my lower back much, makes my car seat uncomfortable due to its size. Works in my office chair but can bruise you if you press into it too hard. Works the best if you can line it up on some soft tissue.

really works the neck muscles well. fell asleep once and wore a red spot on my neck , ha. but no complaints.
