The package comes with the screen protector, the frame, cleaning supply, and manual. It was very easy to install the protector onto the phone, and the result was excellent. As with every curved screen protector of this kind, the very end of the edges are covered a little, but it's not a big deal to me. The cutouts fit the earpiece and front camera very well, and display or touch control is not affected.

I got this product as a replacement for my previous screen that even though it is almost the same, this one seems a little better. The glue seems to work better. I wish it was a full coverage glue but overall, good product.****Update*****After, a month and a half with it. Im not that impressed with it. I got a lot of dust inside real quick, after a week and now it even cracked with no specific reason. I was looking forward on having this product serve me at least a couple of months more than this. It feels like it is disposable. Disappointed.

It went on perfectly the first attempt with no bubbles or issues of any kind. Does not touch the defender case.The instructions were vague. They made no mention of the dust magnet that you must use after cleaning. Btw, it is the little blue rectangle that comes in the pouch.Screen sensitivity might be down a tiny notch, however, the change is so slight I am not even sure it was affected. The screen is super smooth and slick. Great for swipers. The only negative is the finger prints. It is bad when the screen is off and you can see them. I don't notice them while using the phone. And they wipe off easily.

Installation was super easy due to the alignment bezel they send along. This model is supposed to have more strength and glue than the previous model which would address the concerns I had with it. The quality of the glass protector is very good and you forget that there is anything there at all. Nice work.

This glass protector is great, especially for the price. I used the previous version which worked well enough, but tended to pop off easy. They have improved the glue on this version and I havent had any issues as of yet. The glass is crystal clear and you won't even notice it is there. Do yourself a favor and get this glass protector for your S9!Edit: 5/15 - I had to reach out to their customer service as my wife cracked her screen protector. They responded quickly and have a replacement protector being sent out right away.

This screen protector is by far one of the most easiest to install from the rest and the most precise. They have the usual wet wipes and dry cloth that come along with most screen protector purchases. The tray has a little indicator to say which side goes on top of the phone. Unlike other trays, FOVAL's tray is very snug and sits right on the screen. I always found applying the screen protector from bottom to top and applying extra pressure on the sides the most effective. It fits perfectly with my Spigen case! Overall a great screen protector for its price!

Let me start off by saying I'm very picky about my screen protectors. Maybe I'm just dense, but I thought the "installation guide case" was useless. It was just something to sit the phone in while applying the screen protector, but didn't help me line the protector up at all. I ended up lining up the speaker and camera on top and then plopping the rest of it into place. It affects the touch sensitivity a bit, so I went into my advanced phone setting and increased the touch sensitivity. Can't speak on durability yet, as I only applied the screen protector today. All this being said, I still think it's a good deal for the price.

i had my husband put this screen protector on because in our house, that's his job. he said this was the easiest one he's ever put on and we both think the fit, clarity & quality are amazing! sadly less than 2 weeks after having it on, it cracked. i have no clue how it happened. all i know is my phone wasn't dropped and whatever happened, the screen protector took the damage and kept my screen safe. with that being said, i emailed the company and within an hour they had responded. i gave the info they needed along with a picture and they are already getting me another one sent out! i already loved the screen protector and with their amazing customer service, i will definitely order from them again!
