Defective chair and no way to get help
Used this chair once on Thanksgiving and it already split. We are not big people at all. The worst part is the warranty from Alera is 5 years and I have to contact Amazon. Their solution is to send back four chairs that I will have to pay for an expensive box. There is no one to contact to just replace on chair. Not good support from Alera or Amazon. Hoping someone will contact me and mostly that the other chairs are not defective.

These chairs held up to some fairly large relatives visiting at Thanksgiving with no issue. Good value.
