If you have prostate inflamation or otherwise want to increase energy without side effects than I would recommend this. It seems to help athletic performance and act as an anti-inflamatory. I'm a small 56 year old male with a BMI of 19.4(weigh 119lbs) so 2 grams per day on an empty stomach works for me. I've been dosing like this for 5 months. The dose may be higher for a larger person. I believe this supplement has mild blood thinning qualities so don't down a handful at a time. I do 2 capsules in the afternoon and 2 more at night. You should carefully monitor your response and dose accordingly. It probably doesn't cure prostate cancer but it may slow it down. I should know because I have the disease. I generally hate the term 'Superfood' but it may be applicable here.

This product contains genistein combined polysaccharide (GPC), which appears promising for prostate cancer in a couple of documented case studies on men with prostate cancer and in studies on mice. It is ridiculously expensive given that it hasn't been proven to improve survival in prostate cancer in any large scale clinical trial. The recommended minimum dosage is 2000mg daily so that's 15 capsules per month - one bottle lasts 15 days. One month supply is about $240. That's the price of some pharmaceutical drugs that have been proven in a large scale clinical trials. This hasn't been proven. The price is not justified.
