I needed a large number of carabiners for a couple ziplines I built. I own carabiners from several other top companies. That being said, side by side there are differences in quality. The differences are not so much that I don't trust them or worry about it. We now own 16 of these that get used nearly daily and Ive yet to have an issue with one. I'm 250LB. Bottom line they are worth buying on a budget. However, if you are an avid climber doing high climbs or can simply afford better quality spend a little more.

Used this for our rappelling trip this weekend. Worked without any issue. Great deal and never once worried about using them.

This is a review for pairing with hammocks. I’m not a rock climber. Strong, simple to use. The screw lock always screws/undress easily, but not too easy that it’ll loosen on its own. Light and compact.

My husband was wanting these for a long time! As a firefighter he gets into crazy situations & needs heavy duty climbing locks. He is both career & volunteer so he keeps some in his turnout bag in his car! He has had to use them already!!!

Nice carabiners at a good price. Not using these to climb, but with son in Boy Scouts wanted something that actually had a weight rating vs the cheap ones you see on Amazon. The screw lock gates work well and they feel solid. Will be using for hammocks, gear hanging, light rope work.

Good hand feel, effective. I have taken two minor falls on them, and they kept the falls minor. Will be buying more when need arises.

Bought these after reading a lot of reviews...I purchased a hammock for the backyard this summer and wanted real heavy duty straps as the hammock is for 2 people.These are perfect for the job...thanks!

Inexpensive screwgate locking carabiners. I needed two for a non-climbing application and these seem more than adequate.
