Paying a 250% markup on shelf price does not result in them being plated in gold, hasten shipping, or increase the supply in any way: they are exactly as you would acquire in a Walmart store (if Walmart would ever restock this item). I have begun to depend upon these for help in managing my blood sugar. I will say that if you are 60 or below, this or glucose tablets are probably not what you want to take for a remedy as either of those take quite a while to break down and process during which time your blood sugar can continue to drop and eventually render these rather ineffective. There are liquid glucose "shots" that are more effective and faster for dangerous lows. These gummies CAN be quite delicious. When buying them when they were a still relatively new item, they were a minimum of 80% softer and seemed to take effect more quickly. But it seems as though the Walmart ReliOn brand only did a short run of this product and so the only available units are from that first run and are now aged and while not expired: certainly a much stiffer and less gummy material and any being shipped in this manner will no doubt be in considerably worse shape with the temperature fluctuations they will experience in transit. In any case, it is very nearly worth the exorbitant price to acquire the item again as they are ideal for stopping a dropping sugar before it gets too low, far easier to get down than a dry, powdery, unpleasant tasting tablet, and without all the other innutritious ingredients that something like a cookie would have. Since I'm sure the demand will remain the same, one could charge pretty much whatever they wanted for this since main source (Walmart) is completely worthless for keeping track of their own inventory levels and so never reorders things like this.

These are great!! I have dentures and these gummies are easy to chew and tastes great.

Tastes great. However buying candy like this would have been much cheaper. I won’t buy again.

Do not exceed 3 per day, per bottle. I was treating low blood sugar. It caused a laxative effect or diarrhea, similar to alcohol sugar.Better to use glucose tablets instead of this product

At Walmart you can get the same product for 6 USD. DO NOT BUY THESE ON AMAZON, they’re ripping you off.The product itself is wonderful and helps a great deal.

I use to get the Glucose Tablets. I got tried of the chalky taste. These gummies taste great and they raise BG pretty quickly. I would recommend this product.
