Got this in the mail and went to set it up only to see that it wouldn't work with our 5g internet. Only works with 2 but never saw that on the Amazon website. Irritating! And to add to that it didn't come with the sim card it was supposed to come with. So even if I had 2g it wouldn't have worked anyway. Ugh!

Worked pretty good. Need SIM card for it too work totally correct I tried two different times to order chip that goes in it but was sent the wrong one both times

It worked as designed. No issues. Easy install and setup

They dont have the long mounting bracket anymore and also the app does not give you a live thumbnail preview of all cameras. You have to constantly refresh by hand to see updates on the ALL CAMERAS view. This really defeats the purpose of having cameras.Also not all cameras record by default You have to go into the settings and click on on continuous recording.Very odd. The first 2 cameras did not need it. But the last ones did. It might be a software update difference.

Seemed great at first, but after a few days it disconnected. Tried to use while out of town. Would stay connected and impossible to reconnect if you arent right next to it.

We've chosen this camera after having tons of problems with other ones. And we were totally HAPPY and loved this camera. Just today it DIED, stopped working, it says Device OFFLINE AFTER DAYS OF USING IT. We are super disappointed.
